Kristina Navarro Therapy

I am a trauma therapist, specializing in the treatment of adolescents, young adults, and families. I approach each session from a client centered and strengths based perspective. I have a background of working in community mental health, intensive services, and a residential treatment center for teens. I integrate a variety of treatment modalities into each individualized treatment plan. My hope is to guide each client to a stronger and brighter sense of self. I look forward to getting to know you.
